How do I apply?
You can apply by going to pensacolatanglewood.com and clicking the “Apply now.” Tab.
Can I have a cosigner?
We do not offer co-signers, instead we allow someone to apply with you and be a lease holder.
How long is my lease term?
We offer a traditional 12 – 15-month lease. We also offer short term leasing (7 – 11 months) for an additional fee.
What deposits are required?
The standard security deposit for our community is $200; Security deposits can vary depending on your screening results.
Is renter’s insurance required?
We do require all lease holders maintain renter’s insurance throughout the duration of their lease.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due the 1st. We do offer a grace period. Late fees are assessed after the 3rd.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through your online portal for 24/7 convenience.
Are any utilities included in rent?
Water, sewer, trash, and pest control is included in your quotes rental price.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Electricity through Gulf Power
Who is my cable/ internet provider?
AT&T
What if I need maintenance?
Please place a work order with our office staff or place online through your portal.
Where can I find a copy of my lease?
A copy of your lease will be provided at move in as well as uploaded into your portal.
Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
While we do not supply the washer and dryer, most floor plans have W/D hook ups. We also offer a 3rd party rental service and a laundry facility.
Are single occupancy rooms available?
Unfortunately, at this time this is not something we offer.
How do I add a roommate?
We will need your roommate to qualify just as you did! We will have them fill out an application and go through the screening process. Once fully approved, we will assist with the addition to the lease. It’s very simple!
Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/spot?
Parking is first come first serve.
Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?
Always call our office so we can assist you.
Is the community pet friendly?
We are pet friendly.
What is the pet policy?
2 pet limit per household. 65 lb. weight limit *some breed restrictions do apply*
What are your restricted breeds?
Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, as well as mixes of any of these breeds.
Can I sublet my apartment?
We do not allow subletting. We do how ever allow someone to take over your lease in the event you can not fulfill it. This will need to be done through the office.
Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?
You may pay your rent with what ever funds you see fit as long as they are paid through your online portal.
Are your apartments furnished?
They are not. We do offer a 3rd party furnishing service.
Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?
Visitors are welcome! We do want to remind you that you are responsible for them while they are on our property.
Can visitors use the amenities?
Absolutely, we encourage it. We do ask that you remain with your guest through the duration of their stay.
How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?
Come by the office and we can get you a replacement. Please be mindful we do not offer an after hour lock out service.
